Sunday Collection: The Collection came to £1632. The Development Collection came to £612.

Thanks as always for your great generosity.   There will be a Development Collection taken up next Sunday.

 

Today is the 33rd Sunday in Ordinary Time. As we come towards the end of the Church year, we are encouraged to stay awake, to pray and to be ready. This offers us a chance to reflect on our lives.

 

Just two weeks to The Graan Dinner Dance - Friday November the 27th November at the Killyhelvin Hotel with Johnny Brady and his band The Dinner Dance tickets cost £30.00 each and are available at reception today. It will be on a first come first served basis and it is not possible to reserve Dinner Dance tickets. It’s “Sale” only. Time is running out and it’s advisable to purchase your tickets this week.

Our Raffle tickets are available at the porch doors also. Please take a book or two to sell to your friends.  

Ticket Selling: Thanks to all those who have volunteered to sell at Dunnes and Tesco.

Spot Prizes: As always we are looking for spot prizes for the dinner dance. Contact us if you have a Spot Prize and we will collect it or if you can leave it in at the front door of the Monastery with your name and address clearly written on it, we will be most grateful. Every spot prize will be given away on the night.

 

November Dead List: If you have forgotten to put in your November Dead list there is still time to do so. They are placed on the altar and the memory of the dead will be remembered at all our Masses especially in our Mass Guild Masses throughout the year. Other special Masses have been offered throughout the month for those enrolled on our Mass Guild and particular those enrolled on our November Dead List.

Annual Deceased Passionists: The annual Mass for deceased members of the Passionists Community including all those who were buried at The Graan will take place on Saturday 21st November at 11am in Mount Argus, Dublin 6W. All are welcome to attend that Mass.

 

Priests available: Tues - Fri 2pm – 5pm.Mon – Mass @ 8pm – Victor. Tues: Victor. Wed: Brian. Thurs: Brian / Augustine.

Mass: Augustine. Fri: Augustine.. Sat (5 - 6): Augustine. Masses 21st & 22nd   Nov: Vigil 6.30pm: Augustine 10.30am:.Brian.

12noon: Brian. 4pm: Brian .    (Celebrants may change as circumstances dictate).

 

 

Fr Brian’s new book ‘And Catch the Heart off Guard’ is now available. Price £11 or €13.

The Shop: Our shop has been completely restocked for Christmas. We have a new selection of Christmas Mass Bouquets. They make a lovely gift for family and friends. There is a wonderful selection of cribs on display as well as candles, cards and suitable gifts for Christmas. Feel free to drop in and browse.

The Shop is open from Monday to Friday –9.30am – 8.30pm. Sat – 9.30am – 7pm and Sun - 9.30am – 5pm.
