Sunday Collection: Thank you for your continued generosity to us here at The Graan. The Collection came to £1815. There will be a Development Collection taken up after Communion today.

 

First Holy Communion classes: We welcome today those children who have received their First Holy Communion this year @ 10.30am Mass today.

 

New Altar Servers:This is the time of year when we look for more altar servers. Any boy or girl who has received First Holy Communion and is interested in becoming an Altar Server please pick up a form at reception today. Our current servers are excellent and we expect all of them to continue with us; but there is always a welcome for new servers, with the consent of parents of course. Our new Altars Servers will receive a blessing at the 10.30am next Sunday.

Guild Mass Cards: We have a wide selection of cards for Deceased, Mass Bouquets, Get Well, Birthday, Special Occasion, With Thanks and Exam Mass Bouquets which cost £2 / €2.50 each. We value your support.

 

DUTY: No Duty. Mon – Mass @ 8pm – Arthur. Duty 2 - 5pm on Tues: Augustine.   Wed: Victor. Thurs – Brian.   Fri - Arthur. Sat –  Augustine Masses 17th & 18th June Vigil 6.30pm: Arthur. 10.30am: Brian. 12noon: Brian & 4pm – Augustine.  

 

June Church’s Cleaning Group: Thanks as always to our dedicated Church Cleaning groups.

 

Exam Prayer: Lord, pour out your Spirit of Wisdom on these students: help them to remain calm, to attend carefully to the questions asked, to think clearly, to remember accurately, and to express themselves well. Grant that they may reflect the best of the work they have done and the best of the teaching they have received. Accept their best efforts in these examinations and in the great test of life on earth. May your love be upon them O Lord, as they place all their trust in you.

Fermanagh Fleadh continues today with a big street parade starting at 3:30pm. Fleadh closes with the Whistling Donkeys in the community centre tonight.

 

Cancer Connect NI will be holding its annual Vintage Coffee Morning on Saturday 17 June in Francos Garden Room, Queen Elizabeth Rd, from 10am - 1pm. Everyone welcome

 

Cathal Bui Festival. The Cathal Bui festival this year takes place from Wednesday 28th June until Monday 3rd July. It’s a crowded programme with something to do every day. It’s a wonderful festival and has always many pleasant surprises, artistically and for the community. There is a full programme of night entertainment in local establishments during the festival. Cathal Bui is on Facebook and also at www.cathalbui.com. As always we wish them well in their efforts.

 

Valuables in your Car: Please do not leave any valuables in your cars at any time at The Graan as it merely encourages criminals.

The Shop is open from Monday to Friday –9.30am – 8.30pm. Sat – 9.30am – 7pm and Sun - 9.30am – 5pm.
