Sunday Collection: The Collection came to £1320. Thank you for your kind contributions as always.

There will be a Development Collection taken up after communion today.  

 

Car Draw: We are having a Draw meeting tomorrow Monday 11th September @ 8.30pm in our Prayer Room to organize our Dinner Dance and Car Draw. We look forward to seeing you then.

The Dinner Dance is on Friday 24th November in the Killyhevlin Hotel.

Bereavement Night will be held on All Souls (Thursday 2nd November @ 8pm).

 

Novena of Hope 2018: The Novena takes place 3rd/4th – 12th March 2018. Please put this date in your diary.

 

First Profession:We congratulate Conor Quinn who will make his First Profession as Passionists in Holy Cross, Ardoyne, today during 12 noon Mass.

 

Confessions & duty: Tues – Fri inclusive 2pm – 5pm. Saturday 5pm – 6pm.

Friday - Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament from 10am – 5pm.

 

Guild Mass Cards: We have a wide selection of cards for Deceased, Mass Bouquets, Get Well, Birthday, Special Occasion, Exams, With Thanks Bouquets which cost £2 / €2.50 each. We value your support.

Septembers Church Cleaning Group: Thank you as always for your help.

 

Thursday is the feast of Triumph of the Cross. St Helena discovered the Cross on which Jesus was crucified. The feast was celebrated as far back as the 4th Century. We will have blessing with our Relic of The True Cross after 8pm Mass on Thursday. Friday is the feast of Our Lady of Sorrows, the patron of the Passionist Congregation.

 

Botha Parish MissionBegins today 10th September and ends on Friday 15th September. The Redemptorist’s will lead the Mission. All evening sessions at 7.30pm in St. Patrick’s. Anointing Mass for the sick and housebound - Tuesday at 12.00pm in St. Patrick’s followed by lunch in the Community Centre. Further details log on to Botha Parish Facebook.

The “Light A Candle” App: We are delighted to have been chosen as the testing Church for a first-of-its-kind mobile phone App, which allows a real candle to be lit in a real Church at the touch of a button from anywhere in the world. The candelabra has been positioned in front of the statue of St Paul of the Cross at the back of the church.

Meditation Prayer Group - Wednesdays @ 8.30pm. Charismatic Prayer Group takes place - Thursdays @ 8.30pm.   Passionist Companions: Meet on the last Friday of each month at 8.30pm.  

The Shop is open from Monday to Friday –9.30am – 8.30pm. Sat – 9.30am – 7pm and Sun - 9.30am – 5pm.
