Sunday Collection: Thank you for your continued generosity to The Graan. The collection came to £1405. The Development collection came to £600.There will be a Development Collection taken up next Sunday (14th).


Today is the feast day of Baptism of the Lord. We reflect upon our own baptismal call to transform the world in God’s image; and to witness to His presence in our society.


Christmas Crib: Thank you for all your kind contributions for the poor. It will be distributed next week to St Vincent de Paul to help their work with those in need.


Eucharist Ministers: A meeting in the Prayer Room will be held for all Eucharistic Ministers serving here at The Graan on Monday 15th January at 8.30pm. The purpose of the meeting is to review, refresh, renew and recommit to this important service for the people of God, in their Eucharistic worship.

We are always looking for new Eucharistic Ministers so if you would like to become one please come and speak to one of our Community, who will assist you in your request. If we get new members a training programme will be available.


Novena of Hope:. Our first meeting will be on Monday 22nd January @ 8.30pm in the Prayer Room. Please put this date in your diary.


Readers: We teach, “When Sacred Scriptures are read in Church, God himself speaks to his people; and Christ, present in his own word, proclaims the Gospel.” (Instruction of Roman Missal No 29). To this end we will have a meeting for those who read here at the Graan on Wednesday 24th January @ 8.30pm in the old sacristy. The purpose of the meeting is to renew our commitment to this important ministry.

We are also looking for new Readers. If you would like to serve in this ministry please leave your name and telephone number at reception and we will contact you.


Guild Mass Cards: We have a wide selection of cards for Deceased, Mass Bouquets, Get Well, Birthday, Special Occasion and Exam Mass Bouquets which cost £2 / €2.50 each. We value your support.

Healing PrayerOn Thursday 11th January in Prayer Room at 8.30pm. Anointing with Blessed Oil and Blessing with Relics of St Charles and Padre Pio. Everyone welcome.


Prayer Groups At The Graan: Prayers before the Blessed Sacrament is held on Tuesdays @ 8.30pm.

Meditation Prayer Group - Wednesdays @ 8.30pm.

Charismatic Prayer Group - Thursdays @ 8.30pm.

Passionist Companions: Meet on the last Friday of each month at 8.30pm.
