Sunday Collection: Thank you for your continued generosity to The Graan. The collection came to £1310.

There will be a Development Collection taken up after Communion today.


Friday is the First Friday in the Month. Confessions & Duty at The Graan. Tues – Fri inclusive 2pm5pm. Sat 5pm – 6pm.


Tuesday is the feast of St Gabriel, patron saint of The Graan. St Gabriel was born at Assisi in 1838. He always had great devotion to Mary and that led him to join the Passionists, where he was given the name Gabriel. He lived a mere five years in the Passionists - for four of those he was constantly ill. He died in 1862, while still a student. He is the patron of youth.

There will be a blessing with the relic of St Gabriel after Mass on Tuesday at 8pm.


The Novena takes place next weekend 3rd/4th – 12th March. The Vigil Mass (3rd) @ (6.30pm) & Sun 4th @ 9am, 10.30am, 12noon & 4pm with Fr Charles. Mon 5th – Patricia Coyle @ 12.30pm & 7.30pm

Novena Meeting: There will be a final preparation meeting on Monday night next 26th February @ 8.30pm.

Novena Leaflets: Our Novena leaflets and petitions are available at the church porches today.

Please return your Novena petitions this week.


Children: In preparation for the Novena of Hope we invite children through schools, and individually to submit posters with the theme of “World Meeting on Families.” Please send them in early this week.


Car Park:We need people to help in the car park during the Novena especially at the midday services. Please contact Eugene Wilson on 66324029 or leave your name and address at our Reception.


March Church cleaning group will meet earlier to get the Church ready for the Novena on Wed 28th Feb @ 8.30pm.

Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament:During the week of the Novena there will be Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament for the success of the Novena from 2pm – 5pm on Mon 5th ,Tues 6th, Thurs 8th, Fri 9th and Monday 12th March.   Everyone welcome.


Guild Mass Cards: We have a new selection of cards for Deceased, Mass Bouquets, Get Well, You Are In My Thoughts and Prayers, Thinking of You at This Time, Birthday, Thank You, Exam Mass Bouquets & Novena of Hope @ £2 / €2.50 each.
