Friday is the First Friday of the month. Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament all day from 10am until 5pm.

Confessions from 2pm to 5pm.


The May Rosarywill be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto each evening at 7.30pm. All welcome.

Confessions & duty: Tuesday – Friday inclusive 2pm – 5pm. Saturday: 5pm – 6pm. Monday to Friday Mass @ 8pm.


Guild Mass Cards: We have a wide selection of cards for Deceased, Mass Bouquets, Get Well, Birthday, Special Occasion, Thinking of You, With Thanks and Exam Mass Bouquets which cost £2 / €2.50 each. We value your support.

for this time of study. / Help me to focus on my books and notes, and keep me free from all distractions so that I will make the best use of this time that is available to me. / Give me insight that I might understand what I am studying, and help me to remember it when exam time comes. / Above all, I thank you for the ability to be able to study and for the many gifts and talents you have given me. / Help me always to use them in such a way that they honour you and do justice to myself.   Amen.


Pentecost Sunday (20th May): Devotions in honour of the Holy Spirit takes place here at The Graan @ 7pm. It includes Chaplet of the Holy Spirit, sermon, Renewal of Baptismal vows, prayer of Deliverance, Laying-on of Hands, anointing with blessed oil and Benediction. Everyone welcome.

Feasts of the Week: Mon - St Pius V. (1504-72) Dominican and elected Pope in 1565. Tues – Joseph the Worker. Joseph is the patron of many things, including the universal Church, fathers, the dying and social justice.Thurs–St Philip & St James, Apostles. Fri – St Conleth. He is believed to have come from Wicklow. While living as a hermit he was persuaded by Brigid to act as priest for her community in Kildare. He was venerated as a great saint. Sat- Bl Edmund Rice was born in Kilkenny. After his young wife’s early death, he sold his possessions and dedicated his life to the education of the poor. To advance the work, he gathered other like-minded men who took religious vows together to work for the Catholic education of boys.


Pope Francis to visit Ireland in August: Pope Francis will attend part of the 9th World Meeting of Families which will take place from 21 – 26 August in Dublin on the theme, ‘The Gospel of the Family: Joy for the World’.
