Every Friday: Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament all day from 10am until 5pm.

Confessions Tuesday to Friday 2- 5pm. Saturday 5pm – 6pm.

 

Guild Mass Cards: We have a wide selection of cards for Deceased, Mass Bouquets, Get Well, Birthday, Special Occasion, Thinking of You, With Thanks and Exam Mass Bouquets which cost £2 / €2.50 each. We value your support.

 

DUTY & Confessions: Mon No Duty – Mass @ 8pm - Augustine. Duty 2 - 5pm. Tues: Victor.

Wed: Arthur. Thurs – Anthony. Fri - Anthony. Sat – Anthony.

 

FEASTS OF THE WEEK: Mon – St Bernard. He became a Cistercian Monk and Abbot at Claireveaux. His advice was sought by many. He is the patron of Bee-keepers and author of the Memorare. Tues - St Pius X. Wed - the Queenship of Mary. Thurs- St Eugene of Ardstraw and St Rose of Lima (Peru). Fri - St Bartholomew. Sat - St Louis of France & St Joseph Calasanz.

Sun - Blessed Dominic of the Mother of God, born Dominic Barberi was an Italian theologian and a member of the Passionist Congregation. He was beatified by Pope Paul VI in 1963.He received Bl. John Henry Newman into the Catholic Church.

 

Prayer to Blessed Dominic Barberi, Apostle of England: Heavenly Father, through Mary, Mother of God we thank you for the life and witness of Blessed Dominic Barberi, Passionist and Apostle of Christian unity and of England. You gave him a great love for this land, the Dowry of Mary; as the Christian churches pray and work towards greater unity we ask blessed Dominic to show us the way through mutual prayer reparation and love. Through his intercession grant also the grace for which we now pray. (There are free booklets on Blessed Dominic’s life available in the display units at our porch entrances to the church.)

 

Prayer Groups At The Graan: Exposition and Devotions on Tuesdays @ 8.30pm.

Meditation Prayer Group on Wednesdays @ 8.30pm. Charismatic Prayer Group takes place on Thursdays @ 8.30pm.

Passionist Companions: Meet on the last Friday of each month at 8.30pm.  

 

Prayer for Healing:Dear Lord, Give me patience, understanding and strength. Bring healing and peace to me, so that I may live each new day by the strength only you can give. O God of power and love, renew my mind and body and open my heart to know your love.

 

Graan Shop: Please feel free to visit our shop at the monastery door. There is a good selection of religious objects, pamphlets, Mass cards etc. The Shop is open from Monday to Friday –9.30am8.30pm.

Sat – 9.30am – 6.45pm and Sunday from 9.30am – 5.30pm.
